Felipe Guerrero is the Executive Vice President at DAABON, with over 15 years of experience in sustainable agribusiness and palm oil.

Specialising in sustainability strategy, traceability and climate innovation, he has worked with agricultural supply chains and global markets to scale certified production, digital monitoring, decarbonisation and regenerative practices.

With a background in Environmental Engineering, a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and an MBA, Felipe has been recognised for his leadership in responsible sourcing and multi-stakeholder engagement. He is passionate about planetary health and resilient food systems, and is known for translating sustainability commitments into operational and commercial results.

Felipe has also played a significant role in the development of RSPO in Latin America, including establishing its regional office in 2011, supporting the creation of the Palm Oil Innovation Group and helping certify the first company in the region. Through this work, he has established himself as a thought leader in sustainable palm oil.

Dr. Marco Albani is the co-founder and co-CEO of Chloris Geospatial, an innovative, venture-backed company leveraging space-based remote sensing and machine learning to map and measure natural capital. Previously, Marco served as the inaugural Director of the Tropical Forest Alliance at the World Economic Forum and as a Senior Expert within McKinsey & Co.’s sustainability practice.

A forester by training, Dr. Albani earned his Ph.D. in Forest Sciences from the University of British Columbia and conducted research at Harvard University. He has authored peer-reviewed research on forest ecology as well as influential reports for global institutions, providing thought leadership on nature-related economic risks, deforestation and corporate sustainability.

Marieke Leegwater is a Senior Policy Advisor at Solidaridad, with over 25 years of experience in the palm oil industry.
Specialising in sustainable value chains, she has worked with a wide range of supply chain partners to build partnerships that drive shared progress.

With insight into both the upstream and downstream aspects of palm oil value chains, Marieke is passionate about contributing to solutions that work for all partners across the value chain.
With a background in Law, Marieke played a key role in establishing the Dutch Alliance for Sustainable Palm Oil in 2012. She has also contributed to the RSPO Standing Committee on Smallholders and various groups working on smallholder inclusivity within RSPO, establishing herself as a thought leader in smallholder-inclusive solutions.

Andiko, S.H., M.H. is a Sustainability and Human Rights Lawyer at AsM Law Office, with more than 25 years of experience working on legal, agrarian, natural resource, environmental, and human rights issues in Indonesia.

Specialising in Business and Human Rights, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, land and natural resource governance, conflict resolution, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), he has worked with businesses, governments, international development agencies, civil society organisations, and communities to promote responsible investment, human rights, and sustainable natural resource governance.

Known for his expertise in conflict resolution and sustainability law, Andiko is passionate about advancing human rights, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC), and responsible business practices.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Andalas and a Master of Law from Universitas Indonesia. He has also contributed to publications and international forums on agrarian conflict, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, palm oil, land rights, and natural resource governance.

Renaka Ramachandran is Chief Business Officer of SD Guthrie Berhad, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance, business transformation, sustainability, and strategic growth.

She previously served as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer for more than 15 years, until 30 April 2026. During her tenure, she led critical transformation initiatives, including efforts to strengthen worker rights, remediation, and grievance mechanisms, contributing to the lifting of the US Customs and Border Protection Withhold Release Order in 2023.

During this period, SD Guthrie issued Malaysia’s largest Sustainability-Linked Sukuk, valued at RM2.1 billion, and achieved a record net profit of RM2.5 billion in 2025.

Today, Renaka leads SD Guthrie’s growth in industrial development and renewable energy, supporting the Group’s evolution from its plantation roots into a diversified, sustainability-driven enterprise. She also co-chairs the RSPO Human Rights Working Group.

Dr Robert Nasi is the Director of Science of Landscape Alliance and has been the Director General of the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) since 2017. He steered the organisation’s three-year merger process with the International Centre for Research on Agroforestry (ICRAF) and leads their combined eff orts through Landscape Alliance to harness the power of trees, forests and agroforestry landscapes to address pressing global challenges.

Dr Nasi has spent more than 40 years studying tropical forestry, ecology and natural-resource management, conducting research across Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

He specialises in managing forests, advocating for integrating social and biological science for better forest management, more sustainable livelihoods, and improved forest policies.

His research interests include the sustainable use of forest products, and multiple-use tropical forest management spanning ecology, botany, biometrics and silviculture.

He holds a PhD in biological sciences from the University of Paris-Sud and has written or co-written more than 300 papers.

Izzana Salleh is Secretary-General of the Council of Palm Oil Producing Countries, with expertise spanning public policy, private-sector leadership and international development.

Specialising in strategic leadership and multilateral engagement, she has worked across government, business and civil society to advance sustainable development, food and energy security, human capital and inclusive growth. Known for building partnerships across sectors and geographies, Izzana is passionate about international cooperation, institution-building and women’s leadership.

With a background in public administration, business administration and biotechnology from Harvard University, Imperial College London and Cal Poly Pomona, she has been recognised among Malaysia’s Top 30 Women of Excellence. She also extends her leadership in women’s empowerment as Co-Founder and Global President of Girls For Girls International.

Joseph (JD) D’Cruz is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at RSPO, with over 20 years of experience in sustainable development. He also serves on the Board of ISEAL and as an independent non-executive director of Climate Governance Malaysia.

Previously, JD was an official of the United Nations, serving as Special Advisor for Strategic Planning and Innovation and a member of the Executive Group at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He led a team exploring the future of sustainable development globally, including establishing UNDP’s Accelerator Lab Network and leading the design and implementation of UNDP’s Strategic Plans.

JD started his career as a management consultant working on business strategy, feasibility analysis, privatisations, and sector strategies.

Michael Schlup is the Chief Sustainability Officer and member of the Investment Committee at SAIL Investments, with over 26 years of experience in sustainability and asset management.

Specialising in sustainable supply chains and impact innovations, he has worked for Barry Callebaut, where he also managed the Cocoa Horizons Foundation. Prior to that, Michael worked at Bunge where he oversaw the firm's Africa business in regards asset management and environmental markets. Prior to joining Bunge, Michael was the founding CEO of the Gold Standard Foundation. He began his career in sustainable energy financing at the United Nations.
